郭書成是新北市汐止區湖興里的八年級生里長，在台通的 Podcast 聽到的，節目蠻有趣的，也有提到有一部里長奧笑連是導演陳彥豪拍的紀錄片，有在公視上放映過，目前還沒有可以線上看的管道，之後再留意一下吧。
Windows CSS theme
蠻有趣的，從 98, XP, Win 7, Win 10 都有人復刻，以下收集一些 GitHub project 應該還有更多 project 就不羅列出來囉。

談圖片格式與壓縮

談圖片壓縮的細節，原始檔是 SVG 10.06 MB，作者嘗試不同的格式最後的結果是，WebP 152 KB 最小，如果用一些奇技淫巧把圖片分成兩層，在用 CSS 組合再一起的話，可以達到 78 KB，詳細可以全文。
我的經驗是照片用 WebP ，之前就決定 blog 之後的圖片就改用 WebP，如果是圖片（手機、電腦畫面截圖之類的）有時候用 PNG 會比 WebP 小，這邊介給大家參考一下囉。

院長生活
淡水台銀日式宿舍
也是位在淡水的日式建築，產權是在台灣銀行，目前還是未修復的狀態。
閩南語語言能力認證
去參加閩南語語言能力認證，我選擇是 B 券，算是有點挑戰性，不知道會不會通過呢 🤷♂️
成績要 12 月才會公佈，就等囉 🤔
北投溫泉博物館
日治時代興建的北投公共浴場，1998 年修復完成開放。
